Meet Dr. Leslie Matthews
Dr. Leslie Ray Matthews is a double board certified surgeon, in General Surgery
and Surgical Critical Care. Recognized as one of the top vitamin D3 researchers
in the world. Matthews is an Overseas Fellow of the prestigious Royal Society of
Medicine as well as a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care .
Dr. Matthews graduated from UMC Medical School, completed his residency at
Morehouse School of Medicine and 2 year surgical critical care fellowship at
Mayo Clinic. Dr. Matthews went on to become a highly respected medical
professor for over 30 years .
Dr. Matthews pioneered high dose vitamin D3 in trauma/ surgical critical care
patients and received Mississippi State House Resolution 72 commending him
for his world class, trailblazing vitamin D3 research.
Six time speaker at the FDA, a Fellow of the American
College of Surgeons (FACS), a Fellow of Critical Care
Medicine (FCCM), a Fellow of the Royal Society of
Medicine (RSM) awarded three patents, featured on
ABC News, Glamour Magazine International, Health
Magazine, Black Entertainment Magazine.
